Laurie Yellow Sweater’s comedy is positive, playful and PG-16. You can't bring the kids but you can bring grandma! There's no cursing and no politics but it's a little sexy at times, as sexy a woman in a cotton yellow sweater can be. :-)   

The show has a woman’s point of view but Laurie Yellow Sweater appreciates men and never puts them down (or anyone else for that matter) so between some sports jokes and a bit of sexy humor men thoroughly enjoy the show too!

Having done shows at comedy clubs, theaters, fundraisers...one of her favorites is Toys for Tots...Laurie Yellow Sweater's comedy is high-energy entertainment, sure to bring professionalism and laughter to your event!

She credits a lot of her success to having a background in theater and  improv comedy. She truly loving entertaining an audience. She studied directing at Yale University and is an award-winning writer/playwright. A highlight was having her one-act play "Beauty and the Beach"  performed Off-Broadway. 

Stand-up comedy is her true love. 

And yes...she does always perform stand-up in a yellow sweater!
